3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on super777. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information current at all times. super777 reserves the right to verify the information provided and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your super777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify super777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. super777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). super777 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with super777's KYC procedures, which may include submitting copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of residential address, and other documentation as reasonably requested.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your super777 account at any time by contacting customer support. super777 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the super777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and applicable conversion fees may apply.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. super777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. super777 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on super777 is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit page within your super777 account.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals from your super777 account are subject to the following conditions:

Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. super777 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds awarded by super777 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. super777 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies specifically intended to clear bonus requirements without genuine gaming activity. super777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from your super777 account without notice. super777 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry.
5.5 super777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. The availability of a bonus or promotion does not create any obligation on the part of super777 to continue offering it.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the super777 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. super777 shall not be liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.
6.2 Random Number Generators. All non-live games on super777 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability. super777 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games on super777 are streamed in real time from professional studios. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not subject to RNG manipulation. super777 does not use pre-recorded footage in live dealer game streams.
6.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, super777 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. super777's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the return of the original wager will be provided in the event of a malfunction.
6.5 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify super777 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. super777 will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. All decisions made by super777 following a fair investigation are final and binding.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the super777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

10.2 super777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your super777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 super777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. super777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
10.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. super777 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of your gaming activity on the Platform. You participate in gaming activities on super777 entirely at your own risk.

12.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the super777 Platform and may request the closure of your account in accordance with Section 3.5 of these Terms.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the super777 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting super777 customer support. super777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
13.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
